Design of rural residential neighborhood with two different growing house types.
Luxury neighborhood in Prabon, suburb of Kumasi, Ghana.
The project includes 500 private homes, infrastructure and public buildings.
Three villages in Nigeria on the area of 50,000 hectares.Each village includes 100 residential units . Every village contains houses, a chicken coop, a greenhouse and a farmland. At the center of each village, a rural service center, energy and water center and a leisure area.
In addition, a community center, with schools, clinics, sport yards and a large logistic center including packing houses, processing plant, hatcheries and garages.
HaKerem A' + B'
The project entails completely planning the neighborhood including house models, construction, developing the area and infrastructures.
HaKerem A' neighborhood: 30 residential units that include 28 two family homes with two stories with an area of approx. 105 sqm as well as two family one story houses with 2 residential units accommodated for the disabled with an area of approx. 145 sqm each.
HaKerem B' neighborhood: 13 residential units that include 5 single family homes of approx. 150 (Shdema model) and 4 two family homes of 150 sqm each (Nir model). There will also be a two family accommodated house of 145 sqm and a two family two stories house (HaKerem A' model) extended to an area of approx. 150 sqm each.
